Watch what your elected representatives are doing on your behalf. Write to them when they do something good or bad. Write to them when there's an upcoming vote that's relevant.

start a discussion group or student group if your're younger, volunteer to contribute articles to websites focused on the MRM, definitely keep bringing up issues/calling out misandry/raising awareness among your own social group.

like an issue its all about awareness and research to back up the arguments of the group.

Donating to S.A.V.E. and the Innocence Project can be useful, if you can afford to do so. Volunteer at the local homeless shelter (as the majority of those that are homeless are men).

Take a day or two and sit in the back of divorce court. When you see a someone getting raked over the coals, try talking to them as they leave. Have a printout with links to here, Fathers and Families, etc., and let him know they aren't alone in what they are going through. Met one of my best friends that way.

I live in a student city in England, and have gotten great results out of stopping people on the street. I do this on the high street where the charity folks do the same, and a really amazing number of young people stop to listen to me and discuss with me. I actually find the best response comes from self-proclaimed feminists, because usually they're acutely aware of the language of discrimination, but haven't ever thought for a moment that it might be bidirectional in society. I'd estimate that for every two feminists I speak to, one tells me they'll no longer call themselves feminists, and half of the rest are thinking hard about the issues.

Join a mens reading group, donate to mens support groups, write to your MP highlighting issues that concern you.

A simple thing you can do is explain men's rights issues to your friends in a very rationale manner. Let them know about AVfM, this subreddit, or any other supportive links. You can also tell them about Tom Leykis or Bill Burr since both of them do help promote men's rights (especially Tom Leykis).
