How do I keep myself from saying MRA stuff to women when it's so deeply rooted in my beliefs system?

So when I'm speaking to a woman (platonic or not) and she behaves in a way that proves my point how do I keep these ideas and feelings buried deep within myself even though everything inside of me wants to "rub the dog's nose" in the pee stain on the carpet?

depends on the situation... platonic i would use sarcasm... non platonic i would just dump her at the spot...

I have talked to women about my men's rights ideology a few times when such a topic comes up. Including my wife, my coworkers, my neighbors, etc. The trick, I find, is to learn which things actually are offensive and which ones are just eye-opening.

Saying "Women just want to use men for their money " is wrong-headed and won't lead to any kind of productive dialog. Don't say shit like that.

Saying facts like "military conscription discriminates based in the gender you were assigned at birth" is non-controversial and it will help people come to an obvious realization about how men have been oppressed for thousands of years.

Sharing personal stories, in an authentic and non accusatory way, helps, too. I tell people about my divorce. I tell about the SHOCK I felt when my therapist told me I was being abused. Because, like most boys, I was only ever taught to "not be an abuser", and was never taught how to recognize when I was being abused. I tell about how I had to prove myself to the courts including a home evaluation but my abuser never had anyone in the court look into her. My lived experience gives me an authority to speak about the gender inequality of family court that others do not have, and allows me to point out where false narrative differ from what I actually witnessed.

So that's how I talk men's issues, with tact, with real people. I've yet to have anyone hate me for it. I've never heard of anyone not wanting to come back for a dinner party because of what I said about equality for men. I hope that helps you. Now go forth and discuss men's issues.

Best thing you can do is remain silent or just talk your shit. You can’t change the narrative by yourself and they won’t listen to anything they don’t deem as PC. Speak your mind or don’t

It depends on what your goal is. Do you want to convert her or do you just want to tell her off (and assert yourself)?

Conversion is much complicated and requires lots of indirect means. I've been trying it with my sister for a long time and barely made a dent.

Some headway's been made. The most significant is that she's finally accepted how men and women are biologically different and that we should work with, not against it. The coup de grace was when I said how gender neutrality is very likely to result in women getting the wrong medical treatments.

But I digress.. This sort of thing requires oodles of patience. Maybe you should just leave those women be.

Here's the deal. Don't talk to them. Keep this shit for yourself. They do not care. Worst case scenario you're gonna end up someday with some false accusations of misogyny, maybe worst. Do not underestimate how vicious they can be when you rub them the wrong way.
