It's an old article.

It's disingenuous because it doesn't show actual numbers or even link to any official data.

It's biased because it only reports the numbers for women, as if homeless men don't exist.

Those are plain lies. You only need to know that ~90% of the homeless are men. What poverty are they talking about exactly?

I don't respond to it. It doesn't make any verifiable claims. It just throws out some numbers, linking them tenuously with the census. Then it uses the term "number crunching", which is basically jargon for "making things up and trying to fudge the numbers to fit"

Pure drivel. If it has a point, it needs to source it and describe at least base-line methodology. And it needs to apply this "number crunching" equally to men and women.. Doubt it will though.. we might end up with 107% of the population in poverty if it utilizes the same method on men and women.
