It's shitty but these days having sex with a girl whom you doubt might be even slightly on the crazy side is like banging against the insides of an electric switchboard with a hammer, and we've all seen that gif.
Women have the power to ruin your life if they so much as regret having had sex with you. Considering that this guy was extremely lucky.

Heroin is also an amazing experience once or twice.

It's sickening how men do not see women as a threat even when they are holding a gun to their head. Even when the woman shoots and misses. I'm starting to suspect that such blindness to the danger women pose has a genetic component. I see this in divorce stories posted here almost daily and it sickens me. These men do nothing to protect themselves as women are actively ruining their lives, because they do not see these women as a threat.
She accused him of rape and almost ruined his life and his take on it? They're both victims.
No, you dummy, the one who tries to kill you is not a victim. They may be crazy, deranged, psychotic or just plain evil, but you are the victim.

The desperation for pussy and feminine approval is wired deeply into our psyches. Our mothers start it when they withhold affection and feeding until we capitulate to their whim. And then every women we meet afterward repeats and exacerbates it.

You just have to reach the point where you would rather be hated by others than hate yourself.

Despite the impression that my posts might give, I would much rather have a more sedate and relaxed life of simple pleasures and the company of loved ones.

And despite the impression that my posts might give, I realize how unbelievably fortunate I am to live in this country and at this time.

Elaborate.

How many people have not suffered such emotional abuse during childhood? I know I have.

I'm glad you're looking out for my safety in all this, but you don't know what happened between us either. She's wasn't the kind of person to make accusations like this out of spite or anger. She also had nothing to gain from it. The resulting shitstorm covered her pretty bad too. I consider her a victim because she was told she was raped. Not just once, but repeatedly. By therapists, by her parents, her friends, everyone she knew was trying to convince her she was in denial. Considering how even I started to doubt whether it was rape after long enough, I'm not surprised she buckled.
So before you go professing to give a shit about false rape allegations, why don't you actually listen to the testimony of the people involved. Your misguided projection of your own beliefs is the kind of bullshit that started this in the first place.

Enlightening post.
Incidentally, you should probably add the word "false" to your title.

true but I can't edit it now

Ah, fair enough.
OP here. Thanks for sharing my story. I think it gives some useful insight to how the 'victim' isn't always the one making the accusation. Influence from friends and family who have no idea what happened can make a big difference. Especially in cases of post-sexual regret or uncertainty.
I think it serves as a reminder that we need to keep a level head when considering rape. My story when viewed from the outside is a gray area in rape accusations that runs uncomfortably close to the victim who was raped as is afraid or ashamed to come forward. It's not as clear cut as a false accusation meant to hurt someone. To the people on the outside who don't know what happened, it could be regret or it could be an actual rape.
Those people in my story probably thought they were helping this girl, but ultimately they were just projecting their own biases into the situation. Had they actually listened to her and learned what really happened, this may have all been avoided.
Edit: Also, AMA.

Unwillingness to make decisions and stand by them is a very common problem among women. That is why they are so herd driven.

Coitus with females is not worth the risk. The only thing one can be sure of in this world is one's right hand.

They are few and far between but there are some really amazing and fair-minded women out there.
I'd be foolish to take such a risk.
