Here is the outcome:

  • Unequal outcome → says little on its own.
  • Unequal opportunity → can be fair or unfair.
  • Fair opportunity → takes relevant differences into account (such as physical ability).
  • Unfair opportunity → stems from irrelevant or unjust factors (such as prejudice or tradition).

I'm saying this because a lot of D.E.I is causing big problems in society and how it will cause unbalance and force men out of certain positions and force women into them purely because they are women.

Second thing is that people start to think women are victims of UNFAIR opportunity when they are not. For example it is not proven yet that a part of the wage-gap between men and women is because they have a unfair opportunity (for example, discrimination).

But how most people think is just: Oh they earn less? Must be discrminiation then! This is extremely short-sighted.

For example women have a unequal chance to become join the navy-seals compared to men. But this is because of the biological differences. So, even tho its not a equal chance, there is nothing immoral about it.

Everyone must start explaining eachother these differences because of not we keep making women victims of things they are not.
