In another thread, man from Amherst U raped by female, didn't report it. He was expelled after his rapist complained. If men report all women who touch them sexually without affirmative verbal consent, will this bullshit end? When women experience the same treatment, will policies change?

I've been saying this for some time. This shit doesn't change until it happens to women. People have absolutely no sympathy for male victims. At the very very least if a man is falsely accused of rape he should immediately counter charge his attacker with rape. Currently it is the only way he will receive anything remotely like justice.

The feminist system is based upon the assumption men will never strike back against women. So that has to change.

Frankly I would advise men to make false accusations by the ton against university staff members as a protest of the ridiculous lack of due process that goes on. Because making them suffer under their own evil process is an obvious way to make them change the rules, but I know a lot of MRAs would be against that. They refuse to fight fire with fire to a large extent. For example even though feminists have called in bomb threats against MRA meetings to shut them down, and even though the Toronto Pride has recently very publicly discriminated against men, and that Canadian Comic Con kicked out the Honeybadgers, I can guarantee nobody even remotely associated with MRAs is going to retaliate in kind. In part of course this is because the police response would be entirely different to the same actions by alleged MRA supporters, but it's also because feminists are just nastier and more vicious. Violence is in their nature. Perhaps it's just as well the MRAs are different, but at least they need to step up and make complaints where they are actually valid.

Because fortunately it's not necessary to file a false complaint when any man in a US university (or Canada, UK, Australia etc) can and should file real sexual harassment complaints against their universities for the incredibly sexist treatment and chilling factor that the current policies have upon men, but not women.

US campuses (and schools for that matter) are a hostile environment for men and that means that they are sexually harassing men -- all men -- that attend them (or for that matter work for them). Every man has to worry about being falsely accused of some trumped up offense and being subject to a witch hunt. The fear is real and the hostile environment is real and yet nobody complains. Not a single man that i know of has filed a sexual harassment complaint against their university or school because of the hostile environment we all know is there due to draconian policies put in place by feminists.

Instead they have filed sex discrimination suits after they get fired or boot out of university. And that doesn't work. Why? because the university can claim they would have treated women the exact same way as accused men. of course since they never have had a case accusing a woman they are free to claim this.

But with a sexual harassment suit they (1) don't need to lawyer up so fast because the entire juggernaut of a system does the heavy lifting for you and (2) they don't need to prove women would be treated differently only that they are currently effected differently ("hostile environment") because women are not afraid of being charged with a false accusation and men are.

No - but mainly because they won't directly experience the same treatment in numbers significant enough to make a difference.

Indirectly is another matter - who loves these college boys more than their mothers, their sisters, their grandmas and their girlfriends?

It's only when this hysteria really starts to impact on the lives of the families these boys come from - to really burn the women in their lives - that this shit will start to change.

How long will it be till an ardent Feminist commentator has a son go to college who gets accused of such a thing? Where will such a commentator stand then?

The thing is, most men won't report it because, unless they're already in a relationship a man's reaction to waking up to something like that is "well there are definitely worse things to wake up to." Men are taught to have a level head about sexual acts and have a reasonable and healthy reaction to violations of their sexual boundaries. Minor violations, such as waking up to a woman sucking your dick if you're a single man, will warrant a much less serious response than somebody physically forcing them into sex. If they're a single man they'll react to it in a healthy manner and understand that the woman doesn't really deserve to be kicked out of school for playing with his dick in his sleep. However due to feminist advocacy, women are taught that their reactions should be black or white. If a man violates a woman's sexual boundaries even a little bit then they're taught to react like he's the worst rapist who ever lived.

But I don´t wanna do it.

I can´t go around and call her and her a sexual predator, when I don´t actually think so. This is behaviour I despise, and joining it to make it go away, it just doesn´t work for me.
