The more research you do when you do some digging, no doubt misandry is something heavily entrenched into the system and society, and it only gets worse. No efforts to bring attention to the vastly overlooked and ignored issue of female on male violence and intentional efforts to cover it up and minimize it, no awareness of misandry, sexist campaigns against men like the Gillette ad, how badly boys do in schools, abuse shelters turning away men, men still required to register for the draft, etc. among many other examples. The courts, justice system and education systems are all horribly misandrist. Misandry is very real and deeply embedded in society and is downright cancerous, but it's never taken seriously.

I hate it when you bring up misandry and you have people denying it's real or they'll bring up the usual BS of misogyny being systemic when there's zero evidence it is in the West unlike misandry. The rights, safety and welfare of women and girls are always prioritized but men and boys never. Hell, with what's going on in Israel you're still hearing the usual "women and children" rhetoric but nothing about the men (and when the say "children" you know they're really referring mainly to girls). It's unbelievable how misandry is right out in the open for people to see but it's still denied. Misandrist "organizations" like UN Women definitely don't help, either.
