It really isn't that uncommon. I've heard many stories of women who hold higher positions using that power to blackmail guys into sex, and if the guy reports it almost every time he's either not going to be believed or just given some empty "man up" platitude.

Right now. Men (especially straight white men) are the only unprotected class remaining.
