[META] Can we restrict posting FDS or require a flair for them?

Seriously, if I wanted to see their posts I would go there.

At this point I feel it's fruit hanging so low it's six feet underground and rotting. I get the feeling that it's kind of trolling for outrage porn and some guys here just get outraged, which is exactly what they want.

If not restricting them, is there a way to add a flair so we can filter out these posts? I would prefer to not even be reminded of their existence if I can avoid it.
