Generally MGTOWs address the same issues as MRAs, but they have much more anger. MGTOWs have some good ideas, and enormous potential for mobilizing men who have suffered much more discrimination then most men. Anger can be a great incentive for activism.

MGTOWs have excellent understanding of the experiences of the worst forms of discrimination against men. Given that #NotAllMen have experienced the worst forms of discrimination, many men will not understand their points. For instance, most married men will find comparison of marriage to slavery to be a gross exaggeration. Yet for about 5% of men who are victims of long term severe abuse, that is an accurate comparison.

But MGTOWs' attacks on women who support Men's Human Rights are inexcusable. These attacks are similar to actions of an abuse victim who becomes an abuser or a criminal, or to an action of a distressed person who lashes out at a therapist who is genuinely trying to help them for free.
