While this might appear to be accurate, in the UK it is still not legally possible for a woman to rape, due to the legal definition of the law. It is sexual assault which carries a much lower sentence.

That being said, it is still good to get people thinking about rape in genderless terms. As long as that is what happens!

In the UK the definition of rape is a male rapist. By law women can't rape anyone.

So, no, it's not a gender neutral sign because the word "rape" isn't gender neutral in the UK.

I saw one the other day in a toilet in the UK where it was telling men that in a gender neutral way that even if you were flirting it wasn't consent. As in if you are a man or woman if you are flirting you haven't given consent. Made me quite happy to see that especially since it also provided a hotline for help as well.

I agree with most everything in the sign; but if two people are… passionately… kissing, and they both have tongue and all, I think that’s kinda consent
