Although this is a good post, the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable. Moreover, it means that your post will fail to reach some readers because they won't know what it's about.

So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.

You know, this is very obviously deplorable but it is legitimately how the CDC defines rape in its research. In the NISVS studies rape is not defined as simply "nonconsensual sex". Rape is very specifically defined as "forced penetration" and therefore it only covers men who have been penetrated, for example men who are anally raped or forced to have oral sex with another man. Men who have been forced to penetrate a woman - such as when they non-consensually have vaginal intercourse, receive oral sex or are forced to perform oral sex on a woman - these men are not considered raped but fall under the other category of having been "made to penetrate".

See the thing with this definition is that people always go back to the "forced penetration" definition, but that makes me think, couldn't you consider forcing the man's penis into your mouth or other orifice to be "forced penetration" ? There was still penetration, and it was not consented to. Obviously this is not the opinion of those who enforce the law but I feel it could be interpreted that way.
