How do mothers constantly get away with breaking custody/visitation agreements without legal punishment, contempt of court, etc? This seems to be a feature all over the west.

So long he has been dealing with this bullshit and he just wants to see his kids.

Stay strong brother. Your documenting will be key in your legal fight. But your fortitude will be the key in your relationship with your kids. They will choose to have you in their life. I do not know at what age the courts start asking the kids what they want to do in France. But I myself am counting down the days until my son is old enough for the courts to listen to him about what he wants.

He should probably delete the references to getting loans from Russian mobsters in part 2. I don't think a judge would look favorably on that.

The OP has made the choice to spend all of his living and emotional energy on attorneys to fight a battle he will never win in a feminist court. My heart goes out to him, but I have to take care of myself first, or I would have nothing left of myself to share with anyone else, including my kids.

... and society and the media still says that the reason children lose contact with their children is because the fathers don't care. Most post divorces with children involved go like this- the mother is a vindictive, spiteful, hate filled control freak who gets off on causing as much misery and pain for the father as possible. That's the real reason fathers don't get to see their children and 80% of the time it's the mother who caused the divorce! Usually because she was cheating. Women are the problem.
