A friend of mine was recently accused of rape, and doesn't know what to do. He did have sex with the girl but he is fully convinced it was consensual. He and I both have been told it is best to not talk to the police at all, and that if he were to deny anything happened, they would not be able to charge him with anything. I was just wondering if anyone could shed a little light on this for us. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
