Good move by them.

Kinda unrelated, I do find it interesting that their website which for the most part is so gender neutral feels the need to have the following sentence at the top of their "About Domestic Violence" section.

"According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 1 in 4 women will report experiencing abuse over the course of a lifetime. Similarly, studies indicate that in the LGBTQ community, approximately 1 in 4 people will be abused by their partner."

Would it be so hard to put some kind of similar stat for men, even if it made mention of under reporting.

Especially when they suggest to call them if your partner "calls you names, put you down, or make you feel worthless. Blames you for arguments or problems in the relationship. Acts jealous" and so on.

I completely forgot about this. But I designed a rape prevention centers website with a class. The organization was very positive about services they provided for all genders. It came out very pretty good and I was surprised at the readily available resources that they provided for men, as well as children, and women.
