They pretty much gave up on enforcing rules except when they want to. You only have to look at the amount of people advocating for killing people who don’t even get a suspension. And I don’t mean some weak brain exaggerating something and claiming it’s “genocide”. I mean outright saying kill person x. Now it’s only enforced selectively if the person belongs to a protected group.
