Females use birth control for more than literal birth control. Sometimes it's straight up prescribed to treat something unrelated to reproduction.

What I think is you got to this place by seeing feminists saying that a man who takes off a condom is a rapist and you figured well what is the equivalent for women and then of course you figured it's the same as when a woman has sex saying they're on the pill but they are lying.

They're both bad, but neither should be considered rape.

Your lying about birth control example is useful to point out feminist "hypocrisy" (hypocrisy isn't really possible when you're just a liar I think) and double standards, but we don't actually want to go down the rat hole with them.

No. It's unnecessary. Men just have to be smart about it, or suffer the consequences. Bring your own condoms. Use your own condoms. Flush your condoms when you're done. If she don't want to use condoms, don't have sex. It's not rocket science. Just use common freaking sense.

For example, when I met my partner, he told me he was against abortion. I knew if I had one, he would dump me.

So if I was to get pregnant accidentally, he would have wanted me to keep it. Why would I not expect child support in those conditions?

I could also have been pro life, and it's to the man to decide to have sex with me or not, but knowing it could lead to have a baby

What is needed is a valid legal contract that 2 people sign in which the outcome of an unwanted pregnancy is decided

No, because birth control isn’t infallible. Yes there are some dishonest women who lie about taking the pill and get pregnant on purpose, but there are many more women who fall pregnant by accident. It wouldn’t be fair to punish those children by denying them child support.

Tip - if you don’t want to have a baby or pay child support, take responsibility for your own fertility. Wear a condom or get a vasectomy.
