I know that this isn't exactly a traditional "men's rights" issue, but I am a man and my rights were violated and I'm confused and angry and need advice. Women redditors have rtwo xchromosomes for this stuff men don't.

  I was spending the night at my uncles house on vacation in Florida with my family. I shared the bed with him while my family (about  7 of us) slept in various other rooms. I'm 20 and he's 27. I woke up to him in the middle of the night squeezing my dick and trying to jerk me off through my pants.  At first I wasn't sure what was going on and woke up saying "What are you doing? What are you doing?" He said something like "oh sorry i didn't mean to" and in my exhausted stupor I rationalized it away as him trying to grab the blanket and quickly fell back asleep. 

The next morning I remembered and was horrified and incensed at the violation of my personhood and intimate areas.  I told my father but he was content to leave and sweep it under the rug.

  I'm a psych student and I have struggled with mental health issues all my life (which have been aggravated by this violation) but I understand the struggles of someone who is mentally ill enough to do this. before we left I told him either he begins going to therapy or I press charges.

I'm experiencing a lot of distress and confusing emotions. Please reddit. Give me advice
