Secondly, the alleged wage gap is reached by taking every single job that a man has and every single job that a woman has and comparing the average. So, you've got office jockeys being compared to commercial fisherman, CEOs being compared to hostesses (who actually make a fuckload of money relative to their peers), and retail sales people being compared to coal miners.

Men make more money overall because they work more, more difficult jobs, more arduous jobs, more dangerous jobs, and more competitive jobs than women. If you were to compare apples to apples, until you hit the CEO paygrade, I posit that you would find that women actually make more money for less work and less time and less value. The wage gap is promoted by people who decided to major in something valueless who insist that they should be paid as much as someone with an MBA. That's just not how it works.

Little bro, I don't expect my comment to be welcome here, but you seem humble and genuine.

Women retire with far less than men on average, due to the far greater portion of unpaid labor taken up by women. Everyone other than the women doing that unpaid work will tell you it's their 'choice'.
