Uncertainty allows mothers to select for their children the father who would be best for them.

Is this for real? You want to select a father for your children? Well, don't fuck other guys then. Is this really that hard?

Wait wait wait. Is this real? As in is this an actual widespread opinion? That by making people prove they're the father, it is somehow damaging to the mother?

Most people who have been acting as the father will continue to be there for the child if he finds out he's not actually the father.

It's hard to believe we're in a world where actual fairness and equality are treated as something harming another group.

Happened to a friend of mine: Thought he was the dad, loved the kid like his own, found out it wasn't, mother stopped contact. Dude was heartbroken.

Get a paternal test before signing that birth certificate. Sure it'll be weird at first but if enough of us do it, it will become the norm.

If there was ever a clear cut example of why paternity testing should be mandatory at birth, this is it.
