Ok, so a little backstory to how this question came in my head. If you don't want to read it, skip to the part under the broken line.

I was talking with my Family and all of a sudden my mom starts talking about how mothers care more about their children than Fathers do. So she goes on to say that men only provide for their family and nothing else.

After that, I respond by disagreeing. So Fathers are just supposed to do all the work and pay the bills that keep a roof over their heads? So she's saying that my family won't love me for essentially putting a roof over their heads and giving them a healthy life for nothing in return?

She then totally contradicts herself by saying that it depends on what kind of father I let myself become. When pointing it out, she just says I disagree just because I'm a man. Typical response. She didn't even grow up with a father figure, so how does she know why fathers are important

So the real part starts here:

It causes me to go online, and search onto google why there's a bias against fathers amongst most people. And I'm met with search results that don't answer my question, but give me articles and articles about why Fathers are overrated and why Mothers are more important. Even articles that say fathers day shouldn't be a holiday.

I don't know if Google is just placing these kinds of results at the top purposely to push their agenda, or if it's this huge bias against Fathers and what they do, or if it's both of these things. I think it's both.

But honestly it's these kinds of situations that discourage me from getting married and having a family. I feel like asking, why would I start one if no one is going to appreciate what I do or love me for everything I do for them? If a future spouse thinks the same way, what is the point if they're just going to turn my kids against me and possibly divorce? In my eyes, seeing so many people think like that causes me to get anxiety and worry and panic.

I'm not hating on mothers at all, I think they're really important and I love both my parents equally, it's just that in recent years too many people just undermine the roles that fathers play in the family. The rise of MGTOW and increasing divorce rates seem to agree with me.
