Men get raped by women as well and it's not that rare,in fact it's not even rare,but there are reasons that documents about it are rare,one is female criminals in such areas are not recognised as men do and even if they will there is a high chance they get away like Tanya lord who RAPED a man and only got 2 years incarcerated. And second societies in basically everywhere including both men and women silence the men who got raped especially by women and tell them if you say it you're not a man anymore and they fear of not being a part of society anymore or they may think they won't even get recognised cuz no one talks about male victims and female rapists, Another reason is female rapists often get labeled as sexual assaulters or a reduced form of rape due to most country laws and gender inequality in court rooms in this topic,so the female rapists often get labeled as something less than rapist and this is a very important key in here There are other reasons as well but the big 3 main reasons were these,if people want to find male victims of rape some of them are in reddit,some of them are at a website called male survivors,and other parts of Internet Male victims of rape show themselves a lot more on the safe places at Internet ,their stories are available on websites that they feel safe to share We need to speed the changes,fbi already recognised the male victims of rape in 2012,the changes are happening but the faster we act and educate others the less men suffer

Globally the definition of rape does vary between countries and regions; ultimately however there is an inherent gender bias in legislation in almost every instance. So some examples of this when starting with the most gynocentric would be:

“Sex with a woman on a false promise of marriage”
“If a man has sexual intercourse with a woman who at the time of the intercourse does not consent to it, or at that time he knows that she does not consent to the intercourse or he is reckless as to whether she does or does not consent to it”
“Carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will"
“If a person had intercourse with a woman without her consent that’s; not freely given, obtained by deception; by exploitation of her mental illness or when the women is a minor below age 14 in all instances”
“Vaginal penetration no matter how slight, by a penis of another person, without the consent of the victim”
“Vaginal, anal or oral penetration no matter how slight, by a penis of another person, without the consent of the victim”
“Vaginal penetration no matter how slight, with any body part or object, without the consent of the victim”
“Vaginal, anal or oral penetration no matter how slight with any body part or object, without the consent of the victim”

There is no jurisdiction that legally defines the traditional common law offence of ‘Rape’ that does not require either the act to have included penetration and/or to have been committed against a female victim. However, Canada, a number of Australian regions and some US states no longer have the traditional common law offence of ‘Rape’; these jurisdictions have instead updated existing or created new statutory offences, such as sexual assault or criminal sexual conduct laws, which more broadly under the same umbrella criminalise any form of sexual contact without consent, and without any requirement that sexual penetration to have occurred.
