Why can’t you date other students who are in a similar position as yourself?

Why on earth do you think your dating problems will vanish after you graduate? dating actually gets harder after college for most people. It’s much easier to meet people in college.

This is cope. Average for a man is fine. You're likely shooting yourself in the foot by coming across ass needy and validation seeking as you compulsively try and entertain women and earn their approval. Being funny and conversational is good; being reflexively inoffensive and safe is far worse than being average looking. These women can likely tell you're trying to satiate an urge for ANY companionship rather than interested in one of them in particular.

Abandon outcome seeking socializing behavior and consciously start adopting rule/principles based behaviors that are rooted in what you're interested in, what kind of conversations you're willing or eager to have, that don't allow for compulsive people pleasing. Force yourself to abstain from white lies and figure out how to speak the truth charmingly.

Find a fat girl to smash on the low. Or just find a chick to pay off. Whatever it takes to satisfy some needs so you can focus on your goals. Like you said once you accomplish your goals those problems will disappear. Remember that they are a lot more pretty girls to go around then they are successful men.

Keep practicing talking to women, even with the knowledge it might not work out. The more you talk to women, the better you get. If you just isolate from women for a prolonged period of time it’ll be much harder to get back up on that horse.

To stop the rejection feeling so bad, view the entire thing as a science experiment. Or something like musical instrument or foreign language practice. You’re not trying to get it perfect every time, you just want to see improvement. Change the mindset. Change what good outcomes look like for you.

Socialize. I know this sounds like a broken record, but the wider your social net, the more people you meet, the more experience you have with people as well as the more you see how everyone has things they struggle with.

And, the more you get to know people, the more you realize what sorts of personalities you get along best with, so you know who not to bother asking out in the first place, thus significantly lowering your number of failures and rejections.
