Many terrorist, including suicide bombers, are married.

Example 1:

Abu Maaz al-Janoubi, aka Saad bin Saleh, was married with eight children and perpetrated an SM on behalf of Al Qaeda in Iraq in Al-Qaim. Two days before the attack, he contacted his wife to tell her goodbye. His wife told him that he "should not let any of the beautiful girls [of heaven] enter his house before her." Example 2:

Some years ago I watched a documentary about suicide bombers in Palestine. One of them told his fiance that this was his plan for the future. She still married him, they had a bunch of children, then he blew himself up (with a car bomb, I think). Now she is a proud widow.

I do think that the involuntary celibacy can contribute to the decision to become a terrorist, but, at least for terrorism within Islam, it probably isn't one of the main reasons.

Is an incel someone who wants sex and can't get it? In which case no.

Islamic virgin terrorists are more likely to be voluntarily celebate (vocels?).

The IRA had married members as far as I can remember.

The ANC and the PAC had married members, and some of them were likely to have had more than one wife.

I reckon there are many more motivations for terrorism than sex. Maybe you have been on PPD for too long and are giving sex more weight than it deserves.

A lot are very uneducated and easily led. The promise of sex (rape) and a wife would indeed be enticing. Also, they believe in the fanatical aspects of the religion they were brought up in.

There is also a lot of anger. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis were blown up in the Iraq invasion. I can well envisage a burning hatred of the West.

I feel like you're missing a major component to that equation, which is religion. It's not really "incel" if they follow a religion that tells them that sex without marriage is a sacrilege or that they should be celibate to be clean. In any case, there are certainly terrorists out there who would be popular with women, but I am guessing if you drew the short stick in the genetic pool(short/unattractive) and you are treated like shit by women because you don't have the masculine traits they find attractive, you might be pretty pissed off and less attached, therefore more likely to follow those kinds of people.

I think the problem with a lot of the arguments that people are using in this post are that they are using mid to higher level members as examples.

Everyone is going to remember the IRA leaders, everyone remembers the Jihad Johns, those with promising careers who abandoned them for jihad. , and of course Hollywood loves the Mafiosi.

But those guys aren't the one's doing the footwork, they aren't representative of the organization as a whole. Even people who were just "made men" in the Crime families were pretty impressive, alpha figures, running their own small rackets, if you really wanted to get a good idea of who makes the Mafia money you'd go down to the "Associate" level.

Same shit with terrorists, you look at the majority of orgs like the ISIS (but NOT the IRA who did nothing wrong) , you're bound to see a bunch young, un-or underemployed gents who have little to no recourse in life to procreate or thrive in their society.

I'd definitely say there's a certain demographic groups "with guns" attract.

In the case of Jihadis, yes most are incels. You can find rare counter examples but all the information we have shows Jihadi recruitment actively seeks out men from the disenfranchised poor no-chance-of-securing-a-mate underclass found in polygamous societies. The solution to the polygamous societies underclass of men is to either procure extra women (difficult) or get rid of these underclass men (easy). Mohammed realized that one excellent way to get rid of some is to have them kill themselves in his service so he came up with 'Jihad' - the most direct way to paradise as a Muslim - a form of martyrdom where the Jihadi will have all his sexual and material needs met instantly in paradise. It's an excellent opportunity for the Muslim men who have very little in this world.

Well I think most terrorists do what they do with the idea that they have nothing else to live for. I don't think not getting laid is enough to get someone to go around killing other people or blowing themselves up so there must be something extra that breaks their mind in my opinion.

Do you mean 1st world terrorism or 3rd world terrorism?

The former... I think frustrating sex life is part of the problem.

The latter... I think poverty exacerbated by extremist religion is more of the problem.
