Generally, TRP (the red pill) is a gold mine for all neurotypicals, regardless of their physical attractiveness. The typical advice works perfectly well as it is suited for neurotypical development. E.g. to improve physical appeal invest in skincare, go to the gym, etc. To improve social skills, partake in exposure therapy in different social situations, etc. Even if a neurotypical does not follow TRP, they can still manage to live a "normal" adult life with friends, romantic partners, marriage, kids, etc. This is proven by basic statistical analysis. More than 95% of people are in stable employment. More than 80% of american adults will eventually have a biological child by the time they are in their mid 40s. More than 90% of people will have lost their virginity by their mid 20s.

You see, these "red pill" activities such as exposure therapy will almost 100% of the time lead to improvement for neurotypicals as that is just how the brain is structured. They just "know" what to say and do naturally without even having to consciously think about it. Conversation is supposed to feel carefree, natural and involuntary. So in this situation, even if a neurotypical is lacking in teh social department, their brain will be able to pick up the skills and behaviours in exposure therapy and finally, be able to naturally socially conform and adjust.

But if you are an autistic person there are so many issues with this. Even if an autist manages to overcome their social anxiety through exposure therapy, it will not 100% change their behaviour. Sure we can mask but it is not 100% effective all the time. Masks slip. Constantly. There has been research showing this. Neurotypicals can within seconds detect atypical or "weird" behaviour in an autistic person which explains the bullying and isolation.

If you are an autistic person and struggle socially, it seems like your best hope is to make yourself as physcially attractive as possible in order to reap the benefits of the halo effect. Unattractive neurotypicals dont have to use the halo effect: they are able to compensate for their physical shortcomings with socially conforming behaviour that has been developed over time through red pill techniques such as exposure therapy (this might not be a specifically red pill technique but it is mentioned alot in communites that talk about the red pill). Being unattractive as a neurotypical does not make you unemployed, friendless or a virgin for life. It can indeed increase the chances of it but in now way is it significant.

On the other hand, if you are both unable to socially conform/be likeable (autistic) AND you are unable to generate interest in someone from your physical attributes (unattractive) then you have absolutely no chance in being able to live a normal life. It effectively makes you a 0/10 in the dating market as you have absolutely nothing to compensate for your shortcomings.

These people are the ones who should consider leaving the dating market. Me and many of my autistic friends have done so already after fully maximising our apperances and still not obtaining pretty privilege. It has made mine and their mental health much better.

What do you guys think about this? Red pill for an unattractive + autistic person can be extremely dangerous for our mental and physical health.
