I think a lot of people mix up how to treat these two situations. There are clear habits that will be absolutely required in one environment, but useless in the other. For example, with online dating at a college, every “stay safe” factor should be amplified, but people will act like idiots anyway. The sheer amount of women that clearly don’t consider condoms a requirement with men they barely know is pretty concerning. I doubt any amount of sex ed will help them make better decisions.
