It could be anything: his money, they are all desperate enough women that they’re ok with it, or even a publicity stunt. Just because they’re in nice packaging doesn’t say anything about them personally, or him. Be careful assuming that he either earned their love and attention or they’re all content.

He isn’t considered super manly or hot in the western culture, but I think in Asian countries like Korea, Japan he’d be considered very hot. I think in Asian countries a feminine look on a man is very desired (could be wrong). Objectively the guy isn’t my type but he’s above average
