I have many close friends but I put my own welfare before theirs and they put their welfare before mine. I think sacrificing your own well being for someone else is unhealthy unless you're raising a kid or taking care of somebody who is sick (in which case it's pretty much mandatory)

No pillz, Yes i have a few close friends who i confide in. Namely on friend in Ireland. We talk about every thing she is great. She is about 11 years older than i am so i value her input and life advice. I never would have gotten into BDSM as fast with out her. In a lot of ways she kind saved my life. I dont want to think about what my life would have been like if i had kept going on the track i was on at the time i met her, though i was getting in to BDSM she just put my fears to rest. I was so fucking nervous at my first munch, and a week later my first play party. So it was directly her but she play a larger part.

As per the question I try not to keep people in my life that i don't feel values my welfare as much as i value their welfare.

I have 6 people in my life (not counting parents) whose happiness is essential to my own, and I would sacrifice my own welfare and happiness for theirs.

I am certain all 6 feel the same way about/towards me, and in fact, the reciprocity of the relationship is what makes it so strong and prevents my willingness to put their needs ahead of my own from disadvantaging me in practice.

I am blue pill.

Of course.

Equally important, for myself, and because a lot of people rely on me, but they're no less important.

I see you're trying to tie "caring about others" and "others care for you" to red pill. I see it!! If I answer yes, less important, and more important, you would probably say I am a selfish asshole. Probably and narcissistic too, and go on to tell me I have sociopathic tendencies and is a leech.

And you will take this and go on to say red pill has taught us all to not care about others and to manipulate others to care about ourselves. You would then inject your own moral judgments to declare that this is "bad". And I am "bad".

And you would probably extend this to suggest how if everyone behaved like this, they would make up an unsustainable society, using your limited understanding of what does make a society stable.

During my blue pill days, I would say I was very self centered. Mainly because I was a weak shell of a man, like most blue pill "men". Now that I am red pill, I am actually strong enough get myself over the wall and then pull my crew up and over as well. Discuss.
