It’s become apparent to me that much of what is thought to be “Red Pill” on the subreddit is wildly inaccurate and clearly vague.

Frequent RP advice is to refer to “Read the Sidebar” as the backbone of what it’s all about and founding beliefs about the world and dating dynamics.
