Which view on gender equality?

I'd say most people who are red pill theorists think men and women are complementary, not equal in an egalitarian sense. Not all people who follow the red pill on a practical level think that way, however, because the core of the red pill is strategy, and there are people who adapt the strategy but who are otherwise feminist/egalitarian.

equality is a mathematical concept, not a political one. Men and women can never be equal due to biological differences around pregnancy. Not legal equality, not financial equality, not social equality, not physical equality, not mental equality. No equality.

TRP is like traditionalism, which views the sexes as complimentary. We cover each others weaknesses and are in balance, like Yin and Yang. Another example would be ballroom dancing with a Lead and Follow.

Feminism is a whole different ball game based on the idea that men as a whole are the oppressive class keeping all women down.

You can't really summarize it all with the word "equal". There are a lot of different ways we compare gender equality in context. Like, do men and women have the same social freedoms? Are men and women allowed to own the same kind of property? Do men and women have unfettered access to the same kinds of lifestyles (can a woman become a doctor as easily as a man? Can a man become a stay at home parent as easily as a woman? Can both be respected as such?) And, if they can't, is it an issue of inequality, or differing abilities?

Some people think that women should not have the same rights as men because they don't think women are as capable as men, or don't have the kind of abilities that justify granting women basic human rights. Other people think that women should have the same rights as men, but believe that women already have all the same rights as men and are as respected and privileged as men in all aspects of their lives. Others still think that women should have the same rights as men, but currently have more rights than men and dominate the social sphere.

People's beliefs ultimately come down to 1. What they think the world should be like and 2. What they think the world currently is like.

To my mind it's obvious (and this is the point of view of the vast majority of normal people). Men and women aren't necessarily the same, biologically, physically, whatever. All that matters is that society offers both the same opportunities.

Men and women are different but we should strive for equality as best as possible in rights and opportunities. (normal people)

Just as blacks and white, or Christian and Jewish, or any other set of different groups.

A lot of the consternation involving equality comes from conflating two very different ideas concerning equality.

One should strive to give people equal opportunity should they want it. For instance - if I run a company that requires really heavy lifting, (let's say, 100+ lbs consistently) - I should open anyone to try out/interview for this position.

However, should I strive for gender equality in my employees? That's absurd. If every company had to maintain a relative equality in their specific workplaces, a lot of companies would probably have trouble filling demand - or have to dramatically lower their standards.

People haven't conceptually figured out what it even means. If men and women are equal on paper but there are more men in engineering, that's somehow seen as an inequality. At the end of the day, it's a buzzword and nothing else.
