When social media exploded about this a lot of people were claiming that she was a transsexual with original male biology and original male testosterone. That has completely been proven false. She was born a woman! This is a very talented woman who I (as a man) am excited to watch because I think it's an important moment in history. I think that her performance is going to help raise the interest level of everyone in the WNBA so that women are paid more. Of course, they won't be paid THE EXACT SAME as men until there is an entire league of Caitlin Clarks, but this is the start and she is undeniably exceptional.
