It is truly concerning how badly you are trying to protect a woman from consequences of sexual assault... I really wonder if the genders had been reversed if you would be just as OK with it. Some guy swinging his crotch in some random woman's face if she maybe didn't know that was going to happen. She was clearly in a role of power over the man.

My thesis is literally on the perception of sex offenders based on gender. Look through my post history and you'll find that even today I've spoken about people not considering female sex crimes as seriously as male perpetrated ones. It was in a discussion related to paedophilia.

My point is that you have fuck all information, and you've made a judgement based on that.

The guy is obviously a fan of this woman. That's why he's at her concert. He may have an idea if this shit is commonplace, or if it's random.

If it's random it's not ok. But if he expected it, it likely is. Point is you cannot leap to your conclusion with fuck all information. The screenshot in the OP doesn't give us enough. That's what I'm saying. I didn't say she's clearly innocent/it's not assault.

I said we haven't got enough to go by, and offered some other explanations that are also possible.
