I guess she was too drunk to evade arrest. But yeah, when my best friend was killed by a drunk driver, the guy was charged vehicular manslaughter, DWI, DUI, evading arrest, and providing alcohol to minors (there were 2 teenage girls in the car with him.) He got 25 years.
