No, that wouldn't apply. Different crime, different time.

Now, if he couldn't get some money for all the time he spent in prison for a crime he didn't commit then I can certainly understand why he'd say "Well, fuck it. Might as well take the old skin boat down to tuna town." If, on the other hand, he could get some money, he couldn't ever be so stupid as to jeopardize it by committing the crime for which he was falsely accused. I mean, if you think about it, that just reinforces the belief that he should have been in there in the first place and locking him up probably spared more than one person from a terrible crime. In that sense, the state could rightly say that they did society a favor and not only will be a good idea to deny him any money for time unjustly served, they should probably lock him up again and this time, indefinitely.

Yes, I think there is a lot of woman hating here and personally I love most of them, women that is. I think there are a lot of resentful and frustrated on this sub.

Even though I do not believe this story for a minute considering the gutter sub it comes from (Just dickeads copy pasting old fiction as fact) if it was true, I would don a clown suit and dance around while she was being raped.

No sympathy at all for a bad person and the person who retaliates, in my world anyway, would always be given a lighter sentence and looked on more favourably than the instigator.

She got off lightly, given the choice between a non violent arse raping and doing 10 years in a high security facility, my trousers would be around my ankles & I would prepare to receive an unpleasant pushing sensation in the vicinity of my bottom.
