his punch had sooo much restraint, it was a lesson.

[–]dylan76 45 points46 points47 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Looks like she learned.

[–]ImXtraSalty 62 points63 points64 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Not likely. She's probably not used to being told that she's wrong so she'll push this to the back of her mind and forget about it.

[–]illogicbomb 8 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The look on her face when he popped her says she learned nothing, that was the look of a person that had never had consequences for their actions.

[–]9279 14 points15 points16 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is correct. I was in the navy and I learned a lot about group-think / female entitlement.

There were females who never lifted a finger and did what ever they wanted. I was one person directly in charge that would tell them they were wrong when they screwed someone over or did something crappy. I was the one out of 5 saying anything.

The way people are is they just care what the masses think. if one person has a problem they don't care because no one else seems ot have a problem. The only way to stop it is for the group to band together and tell the female they are wrong but it will never happen.

[–]ScaryBilbo 9 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

no shes just drunk

[–]Rockyrox 44 points45 points46 points 11 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

I'm confused though. It looks like he told her to hit him. He even leaned in and turned his head to the side. Seems weird that he egged her on just to punch her back.

[–]Gnashtaru 25 points26 points27 points 11 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

I think he said "you already punched me once" before that. It was hard to make out so I'm not sure.

[–]Rockyrox 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

Aah alright. Still though he told her to do it again. Just seems weird is all. If I was drunk I would be super confused if someone told me to punch them and then hit me back. Not a good excuse but still.

[–]DuHasst123 15 points16 points17 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

He says, "I never told I wasn't going to punch you back." Its a lesson taught by example.

[–]pointsouterrors 10 points11 points12 points 11 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

If I was drunk and someone told me to punch them, I wouldn't. It's that simple.

[–]Rockyrox 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

I'm not saying drunk people would do this no matter what. But I also would never expect a drunk person to not do this.

[–]pointsouterrors 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

That literally says nothing. My point is, don't hit people. If you wouldn't expect someone to not hit someone (so many double/triple negatives), then not only do you have shitty associates, but you have a warped perception of what's acceptable in society. Maybe you should hang out with fewer drunks? Or stop yourself? Bottom line: from a moral/legal standpoint: the girl was clearly in the wrong.

[–]Rockyrox 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

Okay first of all I'm not basing this on my own friends or myself so don't assume that. It's pretty naive to think because you wouldn't hit someone when you are drunk that a complete stranger who is drunk and already making an ass of themselves wouldn't do something unpredictable and reckless. It's called Murphy's law. What can go wrong will go wrong. Meaning you should prepare for something to go wrong just incase. I'm sorry if you don't get this, but drunk people aren't always going to act in accordance with your rules.

EDIT: also, from a legal stand point she never admits to hitting the dude the first time and they both could have been drinking so, sorry but all that would matter is this guy on camera said to punch him so she did. This case would more than likely be thrown out. And it's not a warped sense of society. It's how things happen all the time. Watch/ read the news. Stupid shit happens all the time.

[–]pointsouterrors -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It doesn't matter if she doesn't admit to hitting him first; the video clearly shows that she hit him first (battery). Verbal contracts, e.g. in this case, him saying, "hit me," is void because that's an illegal activity-based clause of said contract (again, battery). That's not naivety, that's the law. Murphy's law (shockingly enough, isn't a law), in this instance, only applies to, well, no one. Good luck using that, or, "we were drunk," in a court of law. It's this simple: girl committed a crime of violence (battery); guy responded with equal force to neutralize the threat. The State prosecutes girl as the aggressor, and everyone goes home happy. If you can show ANY precedent where it's okay for drunk people to assault others based on loose interpretations of, well, the idiom of, "Murphy's Law"; I'd love to hear them.

It's not naive to think that someone shouldn't strike another person simply because they are drunk, or, "asking for it." That's the type of rhetoric guys have used to beat their wives/girlfriends.

[–]1sttimeverbaldiarrhe -2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's called Murphy's law.

You are citing Murphy's law in a debate? LOL. Dude...

[–]MouseAccount -5 points-4 points-3 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

..

[–]asdfgasdfg312 -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If anybody asks you to do something for them you should by all means do that, that is how we make friends and keeps the world going. However if someone asks you to physically harm them that is their problem, but you are still the one choosing not to help a stranger. If that people is mentally ill or believes he has the right to punch you back after punching you that is his problem, although you might temporarily suffer from it but we still have laws to even things like that out. Some people do actually enjoy getting hurt, you might make that person day.

[–]quasio 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

because she already had hit him but this one was going to be on tape.

[–]bsutansalt 95 points96 points97 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The comments had this gem:

He gave her some equality.
Bitches love equality.

And you can tell he pulled his punch, he could have easily knocked her block off.

[–]DarkCircle 125 points126 points127 points 11 years ago* (5 children) | Copy Link

That open mouth look of confusion as she realizes she is not an invincible. Seen it happen a few times. It is like she cannot comprehend the idea of her actions having consequences.

Edit: what's funny is that you can see her for a second 'get it', then immediately erase the newly found thought from her brain.

[–]ScaryBilbo 16 points17 points18 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

[–]cactus_bodyslam 12 points13 points14 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I love the guy in the white shirt, he must be thinking something along the lines of: Oh man he really punched her, well i guess I'm outta here.

[–]Im_Helping 21 points22 points23 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

her face/reaction after the hit should be the banner image for this sub

[–]ScaryBilbo 9 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

At least she didn't become obnoxiously loud and pretend he did her wrong. Or start crying.

[–]kingwaller99 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

she clearly did think she had been wronged though, from the look on her face to the way she said "what the fuck" at the end of the video

[–]rayz0101 49 points50 points51 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

While i agree that this is /r/pussypassdenied material i still think it was idiotic to instigate the entire scene at all. Drunkards really shouldn't set the precedence of moral standards.

[–]dylan76 40 points41 points42 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I agree. It is worth noting though that she had hit him unprovoked before the video started.

[+]smacksaw -7 points-6 points-5 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That should probably be in the title, then.

[–]MurderIsRelevant 8 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

He says it in the video.

[–]Bobbydeerwood 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

At first I didn't realize she punched him before the video starts. I can't justify what this guy did without seeing that. In the context of the video he seems like a prick.

[–]rayz0101 7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Personally what i can see is that he wanted to make a point, but if he was intending to do so he went about it wrong you don't hit someone after repeatedly instigating them to hit you, at that point you should expect to be hit. If however he had decked her the first time id have been okay with it.

[–]RedditorsAreScumbags 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

He gave her a boop.

[–]C_CatRUN 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That sexual tension though.

[–]Dontblameme1 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Her "OMG!" reaction was kind of funny, but these are just two drunk idiots. No reason to really read into it much.

[–]Pseudonymble 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Still my favorite

[–]daniel_ricciardo 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

not hard enough

[–]happeningpodcast 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

lol at him extending his hand to make it amiable. That will work among men, who typically work off of some form of honor. Women have no such tradition.

[–]WillTypeForKarma 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I wonder how this would play out in a court. He IS requesting that she hit him. That's a weird situation...does that make it legal for her to do it? I'm actually not sure.

Lawyers? 1st years?

[–]Woolford 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

whole case would be thrown out, he is asking to be punched, literally, so he cant sue her, when she did hit him and he hits her back he cant say he was defending himself because the punch was clearly a "statement" the judge would just say both are retarded. and the lawyers would collect there fees haha

[–]ShaneDAWS0N 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well he had already won the argument after that punch. Sounds like she hit him once off camera. So he wanted to get it on camera. Once she got hit there's no doubt in her mind that he won't do it again.

[–]aggresivenapk1n 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Its like all the alcohol hit her when he did

[–]tekkenjam 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

everyone in this video is a retard.

[–]joltek 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I wish to see this but I can't because I don't have a Google/YouTube account.

[–]Blaphtome 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Dumb fat whore.

[–]thedude213 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Some times the best option is to just walk away from a drunk idiot instead of instigating them.

[–]gtfomylawnplease0 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Drunk trashy people being drunk trashy people. This isn't PPD.

[–]Casemods-9 points 11 years ago [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

I dont get why he even started this

[–]dylan76 20 points21 points22 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Before the video began, she struck him unprovoked. He got his friend to start filming after that.

[–]xjtsx -2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

well why did he stick his face out asking for it? I realize he barely punched her to teach her a lesson, but why is it his job to teach her a lesson? If he was startled at her first punch, he should have punched her that very first time.

[–]Mr_Silux 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

To make a point, and it worked.

[–]MustakaThinks breakfast food is gay sex -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This has been posted so many times here.

[–]usernameintensifies -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I like how he tries to appeal to her drunken sensibilities immediately afterwords by trying to get her handshake. He realizes he "went too far" in an onlooker's eyes (and in her drunken pussypass-using eyes) and wants to get her to be cool.

[+]_BigMike -23 points-22 points-21 points 11 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

I know a lot about law. She could actually brings charges against him for assault. You see, if a guy person says, "Punch me", and the person punches them, it was the request of the guy that got punched. So, she did not assault him. She followed his request. watch?

These will and do stand up in court.

[–]pointsouterrors 14 points15 points16 points 11 years ago* (9 children) | Copy Link

"Your honor, he told me to murder him." I'm gonna go out on a branch and say, no, you don't know anything about law.

P.S. That'd be battery, not assault, but hey, you know a lot about law.

[–]TheRicksterSJ5 points 11 years ago* [recovered] (2 children) | Copy Link

Yeah IIRC there was a cannibal that actually got someone to agree to be murdered and the guy signed a legal document and everything [and the cannibal tried to eat the dudes dick] and he was still improsoned... Signing a legal document doesn't even hold in court let alone a verbal command that she was not forced to do.

[–]pointsouterrors 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Legal agreements go out the door when part of the agreement is illegal.

[+]_BigMike -11 points-10 points-9 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Assault with battery, is the more accurate wording.

Obviously, death results in a completely new level. However, if someone says, "Hey, I want you to slap me". Then, if that person is slapped, they cannot come back and say, "Hey, they slapped me for no reason".

Get it? Fucking DUHHHHHHH!

[–]pointsouterrors 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Implicit or explicit clauses of a verbal or non-verbal contract that require illegal activity, i.e. crimes, have never been sanctioned or upheld. "No reason," isn't a defensive to a crime committed. There's no, "death results," clause on the books. If you want to postulate such an outrageous claim, then back it up with evidence. The law is pretty clear as it stands. Your, "DUHHHHH!" claim, while quite convincing, it's quite indicative of your understanding of law.

P.S. Assault with Battery means two separate laws have been broken...you know, Assault, and Battery.

Source: Not stupid.

[+]_BigMike -7 points-6 points-5 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

So, if she went into court based on this, would the judge say, "No, he asked her to hit him"... what do you think the judge would say, based on this video?

[–]pointsouterrors 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

"She committed battery, and he responded appropriately with equal force." (She didn't try to lay him out, and neither did he) I'd guess both cases would be dismissed.

[–]GoldenGateKeeper -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

SO, IF SHE WENT INTO COURT BASED ON THIS, WOULD THE JUDGE SAY, "NO, HE ASKED HER TO HIT HIM"... WHAT DO YOU THINK THE JUDGE WOULD SAY, BASED ON THIS VIDEO?

[–]_BigMike 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

A judge is a human, and he will use his wisdom to say, "Dude asked for it, so she followed up".

[–]Mandoge 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Fuck out of here.

[–]TedFartass 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Before the video began, she struck him unprovoked. He got his friend to start filming after that.

Not completely unprovoked.

[–]_BigMike -4 points-3 points-2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

ahhh... thanks.

[–]Rockyrox -3 points-2 points-1 points 11 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Don't know why you are being downvoted. The first punch wasn't on camera then he put his face out and told her to do it again. All she would have to say is that she never punched him. I'm sure there would be plenty of white knights to say she never hit him the first time.

[–]pointsouterrors 3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Except for the fact that in the video she DID throw the first punch.

All she would have to say is that she never punched him.

Well, that's a manipulative tactic perpetrated by disgusting people. I'm so glad ubiquitous video exists to dispel the accusations of the jaded/manipulators.

[+]_BigMike -14 points-13 points-12 points 11 years ago* (4 children) | Copy Link

I know exactly why I was downvoted.... It's this subreddit. They seem to think if a woman hits a man, and the man hits her back, it is PPD, and people on this sub love to see a woman getting hit, even though it was well within her right to strike the man in the first place.

I can remember when I got into an argument with someone about this girl hitting a drunken idiot at a football game. The drunken guy was a total douche, to everyone. The woman slapped him, and the drunken fool struck her back. So, everyone jumped on board by saying, "Pussy pass denied".

[–]pointsouterrors 11 points12 points13 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

No, you were downvoted because while knowing, "a lot about law," you presented arguments that are completely untrue from a legal standpoint.

[+]_BigMike -9 points-8 points-7 points 11 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

It seems like you know nothing about the law. USA law that is.

It kids like you that like to 'think' you know oh so much about every fucking thing on the internet. Here, however, you are wrong.

[–]pointsouterrors 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

US citizen. Prove how I'm wrong, with precedent.

[–]BloatedMilkJuggs 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Gonna go out on a limb and say _BigMike doesn't know shit about law and is just here being a keyboard warrior.

Regardless, if she tried to take it to court, law is in his favor, she is the aggressor and that is what the law will recognize over him verbally saying anything.

Also _BigMike seems to think this sub is about beating women, its not, its proving women think hey have special privilege in today's society, which is why you see the look of surprise on her face for getting hit back. Which is what Pussy Pass Denied is.

[+]bewbslapper -24 points-23 points-22 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I dunno, kinda gay to be hitting girls. He's in a bar, he should be trying to tap that.

[–]HibriaI am a racist cunt. 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She hit him twice, he held back atleast 90% of his strength in striking back...
