Just because you made a list does not give it validity. I could easily add that believing a supernatural power created everything you see and is watching and listening to you at all times is crazy, but that called religion.
It’s one thing to think 🤔 “Hmm I tend to think and act more like a woman therefore I’d like my outer appearance to match my inner feelings” and then there is “I have a vagina!” and an 8 inch dong is hanging between your legs. One is identifying mentally and emotionally with a gender they weren’t born as, the other is imagining something that doesn’t exist.
Conversely someone can act completely crazy to the casual observer yet not actually be crazy. I’ve seen videos where people have crippling phobias to mustard and shake and have to run away. They aren’t crazy necessarily, they just have a bizarre phobia.

At the gas station I worked at we almost got rid of that problem when we started using tokens that customers had to come and ask us for. Was the occational people that had explosive diarrhea that ran out in shame avoiding eye contact on the way out tho.
Public bathrooms lives matter.
I think that someone should invent a detector that has sensors that determine when this happens and trigger a taser on the wall that zaps them when it happens. That would be fun.

As a woman, it's not too uncommon I walk in a bathroom and I see period blood in the fucking toilet, I still cannot fathom why or how people can just leave it like that and let others walk in on their fucking disgusting ass blood from their vaginas with some droplets on the seat as well. The LGBT community makes a distinction between sex and gender where sex is what your chromosomes and equipment are, and gender is the social archetype (until now behavioral traits attributed to sex e.g. "manliness" etc) that they choose to identify with.
It's part of the reason they have a large list of gender types, because once it was decoupled from sex, it lost most of its meaning as a point of reference for comparison. So they use male/female as a sliding gradient, but also have exceptions for people who fit outside of it. It's a lot like giving hexadecimal colors their own names.
