For the PE problem, you're young so consider it a warmup. Take a few minutes and go a second round. Or you can have her blow you first, you finish and rest a bit, then round 2. Simple.

For the ED, it's likely just finding your groove. Focus on pleasing her when this happens, and then let her get you revved up and ready to go. It's psychological, so if you both treat it as natural and no big deal it'll pass. It keeps happening because you think she's gonna judge you or think less of you - you need to break that loop. A good woman will say "Looks like my hard worker needs a break" and give you some time without judgment to relax. It's only a big deal if you let it be.

ED/overall health;

Diet: Whole foods. Organic grass fed/ pasture raised.

Avoid; Sugar, soda, processed foods, junk food, fast food, refined carbs (donuts, pastries, cake)

mildly annoy boomers by not eating provided cookies and doughnuts

Seed oils, avoid anything with palm oil, corn syrup, etc.

Reduce caffeine consumption, use moderately

Nicotine, avoid vaping, pouches, cigars, any form of nic consumption.

Avoid/reduce alcohol

Sleep, consistent, 7-8 hours

PE; Be more conscientious of your body. You have the mind muscle connection in the gym, you can train it for other areas.

Low dose Cialis will help tremendously with ED. Super cheap and effective. Cant help much with PE. It will diminish as you get older. Don't expect to not have sex for a week and last very long on round 1.

I agree that it's probably not a physical problem at your age, but nonetheless here are some basic ways to maximize erection quality in general.

Clean diet and lifestyle Plenty of sleep Cardio, go hard Angion method

If that doesn't work, try 5mg tadalafil.

As others have said, it's probably more mental than physical. The best way to neutralize the performance anxiety is to talk to your wife openly, outside the bedroom, and let her know she can talk to you too. Sometimes women assume it's their fault or you aren't into them anymore. Also, it's a good time to work on your tongue game, although eventually she will get bored of that and want the D.
