This past week, I began to really take a hard look at RPW theory and do some reflecting. After reading u/StingrayVC 's post on Solipsism, over analysis ensued and I'm still unpacking the topic. Would love to hear insights from RPW!

From the post mentioned above:

Solipsism is defined as a theory holding that the self can know nothing but its own modifications and that the self is the only existent thing; also: extreme egocentrism.

  • Is solipsism the result of female nature? Or is this a recent phenomenon?

  • Is this amoral?

  • Is there a way to successfully navigate around it?

  • It seems as simple as shut up and listen/don't insert yourself when he comes to you for a soft place to land, but what about giving compliments? Even a sweet gesture might be dripping with solipsism?
