Do you know Mari Kondo's "The life changing magic of tidying up"? It's a great read and really changed my attitude towards cleaning, organization and homemaking. I really appreciate her feminine approach of being gentle towards your possessions and really valuing them with great care. At the same time, she is also super rational and no bullshit about how do declutter stuff in a way that it stays neat.

It's a little more on the "country" side, but I've had a lot of fun with "MaryJane's Ideabook, Cookbook, Lifebook" by MaryJane Butters. It's got a nice mix of cooking, cleaning, gardening, crafting, and homemaking...but perhaps a little more suited to those of us who are more into a homesteading/rural lifestyle 😁
