I am an avid sewer but zippers, buttons and button holes, I hate doing. 😂

I use the trick of putting a match between the fabric and the button to space them rather than just raising the button, but I do the wrap around. However, I never thought about doing the initial cross stitch. Thank you so much for sharing !
