I've just started seeing someone after 4 years nun mode and we are connecting really well and enjoying each others company. I have however noticed that he doesn't open the car door for me and he doesn't automatically take the traffic side when walking on the street. He genuinely seems to be very thoughtful and kind and I think if I told him he needs to brush up on his chivalry he would without second thought. But should I bring this up with him or is this indicative that he might not uphold the traditional values I'd expect further down the line?
