I tend to talk for much too long instead of being concise.

Where possible figure out the point of what you want to say before speaking.

I do this too and I am working on it. Figuring out what you are trying to say WHILE you are speaking is often the culprit.

This is important to work on because babbling makes you seem less intelligent. To practice write your thoughts down in bullet points before talking. Also be confident in what you are saying, don't feel like you need to over explain.

Yoga, zumba, lifting weights, all will increase your balance and fluidity. You can also practice speaking softly; it'll give the illusion of grace.

Learning dance is one of the best ways, but not just any dance GRACEFUL dance, ballet, ballroom, and belly dance are good examples. Modern and hip-hop dancing are graceless and won't help you learn to move your body in a more feminine way. Yoga is also very graceful and helps make you feel lithe.

This was a goal of mine this summer. I took silks, pole and dance classes (a class called "dance fusion"... it's like jazz/zumba/tap/hip hop all in one) and I have gotten more confident in my body and more graceful.

Also- swing dancing/ballroom-something will help with this.

(Basically- it's a lot of core-strength to balance on one foot while untangling).

I almost instantly feel more feminine/graceful when I put on a dress or skirt. I'm not sure what it is, but for me it makes a difference.

A lot of what we call "quiet feminine confidence" is just being deliberate. Pay attention to what you are doing and saying and take a moment to think first when you need to. Be aware of your body and what you are conveying with your body language. If you are doing this, you will not for example, get tangled in a cord, you will just step over it, or untangle it calmly and not in a flustered way, because you pause first to collect yourself.

Something that hasn't been mentioned yet but what at least I had a little bit of trouble with is your facial expressions! Body language and being confident is extremely important, but if you look grumpy while doing that, your gracefulness will fly out the window. Everyone doesn't struggle with this, but I thought it could be worthy of a mention.

Practice a relaxed, pleasant facial expression. Start doing it all the time and it'll become second nature. A graceful lady looks kind and easily approachable, not stuck up.

What?

You're trying to tone DOWN sexual aggressiveness???? Even if that's who you are? That isn't a male trait! That's an everyone thing. If anything, it's more a female trait because of how some of us get nuts sex drives when we're in our mid 30s.

If anything, you could make that work -for- you in your quest for grace. Do it all flowy and lithely. Be the girl that your S.O. yearns for, almost as if you came straight out of a painting.

Besides, if your boyfriend knew you were toning that down, he'd be all "wtf this isn't you." And /r/sex would be like 'you're not supposed to stifle that' too. They'd be correct, because it's a part of you.

Grace isn't something you force or mimic. If it was like that, then there'd be a lot more male-to-female postops out there who could easily easily learn it. But even they know it can take -years-.

It's something that seems to grow out of a seed of kindness. And a helping of deliberateness. Anything small like wiping your boyfriend's head when it gets all sweaty is kind, and just doing it slowly and stooping over after to give him a 'you're welcome' kiss suddenly is graceful.

Having a bounce in your step can be graceful. And that would usually come from being cheerful. Have confidence in yourself too.

I can actually give you an example of a graceful woman who's sexual as hell. Anjelica Ebbi. She has her own subreddit. She literally -fucks- with grace. She has a kindness about her, a caring.

Because being -receptive- and attentive can be graceful in of itself.

Whenever you think you're going to be clumsy, slow down. Being like that is actually similar to learning how to speak intelligently and eloquently. Get rid of the 'likes' and 'ums.' Except with your feet and the rest of you. :v

Male here.... much of feminine grace is confidence.

Confidence reinforces the other qualities you display... its like a magnifying glass.

If you are gentle and smooth, but not confident in that, it will come off as shy and meek, not graceful.

To me, grace is being perfectly comfortable acting in a gentle manner... but it is a learned skill like any other.

(Side note: its better not to say anything than say something that you are unsure about. This is a learned skill as well. Before you say anything, seriously ask yourself if its worth it. Most of the time its not. )
