Function first if you are playing a sport. You want to look prepared to play, and it's unintentional how good you look doing it. Not that it should be unintentional, you just don't want to look too vain and prissy to play. No jeans though, you want to be able to move. I personally like a field hockey uniform style myself, (athletic skirts and knee high socks) but that might be a bit dated. Yoga pants should be fine. Get a good sports bra, fitted correctly so it works but doesn't make you have a squashed chest. Get you hair out of your eyes but think of a cute way to embellish it, braids twists, low pigtails, whatever. Makeup should be a natural look and if you don't have a good waterproof selection, you can do the old hairspray trick to set it.

Raincoats with a belt or tailored to fit at the waist are both functional and cute. Not sure how femme you want to go but a flaired skirt raincoat seems to be everywhere right now. Also you can always add extra water proofing to a coat.

I wouldn't wear jeans, personally. Be dressed to play! I have a few pairs of Lululemon pants that make my butt look awesome and otherwise are in good shape (not ratty) - that's probably what I'd wear with a cute tee or tank that showed off my body (again, in good condition). Ponytail and makeup for sure.

So grateful that there are cute, flattering workout clothes these days.

I have two rain jackets that I love right now - This one from REI in a Green that looks to be discontinued, and this one from Klim in pink (albeit pricey). This one from North Face is also adorable, but only available online - I don't know how soon you need it :(

Ok so you pretty much have to wear workout clothes, which is fine if they're fitted and whatnot.

As far as your ponytail, add a French braid headband! It's a sure way to still look feminine and put together.

Jeans durring kickball wouldn't work. Yoga pants would be fine! Wear a top that goes well with it and make sure your sneakers dont look old or dirty. My so and I do activities together a lot. I really want to buy one of those tennis skirts for that reason! (we play racketball)

Also use a little bit of water proof make up to give yourself the "nomakeup makeup" look. Make sure your clean, and put your hair in a style that works for lots of movement. My go to is a ponytail which looks super cute when youre running around.

Lastly pick a nicely scented perfume that isnt too overbearing. Smelling nice is immensely important in attraction. Smile a lot too! :)

Yoga pants sound good for all of the activities you mentioned. They are definitely my go-to item for doing something active. They really do wonders for the booty! As others have said, make sure your top and sneakers are in good condition. Unless I'm doing legitimate exercise, like going to the gym, I prefer not to wear sports bras, as they really flatten my breasts, so if I were you, I would wear a regular bra under a tank top or fitted t-shirt for this outing. Showing a little bit of cleavage can't hurt, either. ;)

I would say wear your hair in a ponytail or half-up (I don't always like the way ponytails look on me). Wear "daytime" makeup, which for me just means not wearing colored eye shadow, but instead just using a light white-ish/champagne color on the inner corners of my eyes and under my brows just as a highlight/brightener.

I also think you should still wear some jewelry, if only small stud earrings.

And as /u/rose_petal said, definitely make sure you smell nice, especially because you will probably be breaking a sweat.

Yoga pants are great for all weather (in regards to heat), so you can't go wrong there. If it's fairly warm, you can wear some cute workout shorts, but sometimes those can be considered "slutty" so tread lightly.

So long as your sports bra doesn't squish your boobs, it'd be fine by itself, but if does, invest in one that doesn't squish them too badly. A nice tank top or tighter tee works well, too, if you don't want to wear just a sports bra for a top.

We play a ton of disc golf on a course that is located in the woods when it gets nicer out and typically I dress for appropriately for the occasion. I 100% recommend getting a lululemon free to be bra. They are great quality, very comfy for these types of activities and for working out - plus they do not squash up top to death as nike pro sports bras typically do.

Also, yoga pants or spandex shorts for sure depending on weather. Lululemon again wins with their amazing yoga pants, but Victoria secret is nice as well.. Target's yoga pants are literally the same as Victoria secret as well for everyone who didn't know!

Well-fitting jeans look surprisingly feminine. Of course, you can't go wrong with yoga pants...

However, just for plain performance, I'd suggest wearing shorts instead. Just make sure you wear a nice feminine shirt with it...
