I read something on here last night where someone said they wait 3 seconds before speaking and to me that’s like a lightbulb for me since I always end up interrupting people on accident. Part of it is my ADHD and part is if I don’t speak up I’m afraid I’ll forget something. I also like to write down things I think I’m doing that I could improve on. Like I picked up a bad habit of pointing out men I think are hot to my bf. That’s a horrible thing to do considering I would feel like crap if he did that to me. I’m also working on only saying positive things about him in public. It seems to be steptype for women to joke about their so’s short comings in public and I struggle with not joining in. I also need to get better about telling him my problem and not just telling him my solution. He does say he likes it when I suggest possible solutions. What are some tips are things to do to make sure you are always improving yourself and your relationship?
