I have always said to myself my man's sexual history would never bother me. Before our marriage, he was open about what he did. He slept with only two women and that was many years before we met. He respected my choice to stay virgin and even said he felt wonderful to be a born-again virgin. I was thankful for what we had in our 7 years relationship. It was like fairy tale. The wedding night few weeks ago changed everything. I considered it special, but he didn't!

When I asked him whether we would do it he told me that it would be best get our apartment first. Throughout the evening I kept signaling him that we could do it. Later I went straightforward. But that did not help. All sorts of weird thoughts are haunting me. I am feeling as if I made a terrible mistake by marrying a nonvirgin male. It is ringing in my head that there is a reason why the elders say not to go for nonvirgins and that it isn't limited to females only.

We two have a very stable communication system and that left me more devastated. I didn't hide from him what I was feeling. He became very upset about it and even bursted into tears. He asked me whether I would like a honeymoon gateway. At first I thought that was a great offer. But then I realized it equaled to me indirectly forcing him and thus politely rejected. In fact, after the talk, I am feeling as if any future intimacy between us will be an artificial effort from him in the form of compensation instead of anything genuine. In my head, it is looking like me raping him by using "manipulation". Therefore, I am now afraid to get close to him. I can't help thinking about how he couldn't physically bond with me that night because he already did that before!

This issue is soooo silly, but I can't seem to get over it. What do I do?
