We've hit 40k, and with that I want to give out a quick PSA to all the vets and newcomers to TRP.

About a month ago, I was at the doctor for a standard checkup. While there, I decided it would be a good idea to get tested. I didn't suspect that I had contracted a disease, it was more or less on a whim.

Since they draw blood in order to test you, I figured that I may as well get my testosterone levels checked, too.

Five minutes later, the doctor filled about fifteen vials of my blood and a week later I get phone call. I was STD free, thank God, but was told my testosterone levels were a little low.

They prescribed me Androgel and for the past few weeks I have felt fucking incredible. I work out harder, I am in a better mood, my grades are better... It feels like everything in my life has improved.

Granted, my testosterone levels might be too high because of it. I find out at my next checkup in a month.

Next time you are at the doctor's, just tell him/her that you want to get your testosterone levels checked.

Downside: Pricey, but my insurance covers it.
