I've hear of the need to record consent before sexual intercourse to help defend yourself in court. But I don't think that having a record beforehand is always necessary. I've used a method for a long time and it has always seemed to help me.

The method is to ask a woman to send a text when she gets home safe. When you get the text and have a basis from previous encounters ad their texts, you have built a strong piece of evidence.

To make your evidence stronger is to reply back, "it's good to know you got home safe". I've always naturally used this method but for a while I saw how it could be beneficial for being accused of rape. I thought I'd share the information here.
