Is anyone here involved in a one-way open relationship?

Yes. Currently and in the past.

If so, can you share your experiences with that?

From a biological perspective, women will share a high (enough) status man because they don't have the same concerns about paternity as men do; the woman knows the baby is hers, the man must have faith.

In 2014 and 2015 I dated roommates. One was an ex-gf who I see socially from time to time. She introduced me to her roommate under the guise of setting us up, but her ulterior motive was that she (the ex) is bisexual, and she wanted a shot at the roommate, which (as the roommate was not bi) could only happen in an MFF context.

So I met the roommate, both of us passed "approval" then the ex made her "I want you, now, too", move, and I told them "I want you both", leaving them to figure it out. Much to my surprise, they had a very thorough ~~conversation~~ treaty negotiation covering all manner of things, including protocol for who the "girlfriend" was depending on which set of parents we were visiting (me: "Huh?"). The roommate was blonde and the ex was brunette so I referred to them as "Sugar & Spice" (which also suited their personalities). It was fun, and they liked the "naughtiness" element to it such as once at a more formal NYE party where Sugar explained to a guy trying to pick her up - he had noticed the surfeit of pussy-related resources I had and thought to move in on one of them - that she was with me. He then looked a Spice who said, "We're both with him, and she move her right hand to the inside of my left thigh.

So it lasted until it didn't, which was a bit more than a year. The ex was a bit of a drama queen which led to trouble, but really, when you have 2x22 year old girls gobbling your knob, then that makes up for a few sins.

In the current situation, neither of the OLTRs know about each other, specifically, although they do know that they are exclusive with me, and I am not with them. #1 is exclusively straight, and very jealous, and #2 is bisexual and would be open to threesomes, once she understands that I'm not going to leave her by the side of the road (I pointed out that I am less likely to do that to a girl who does 3-ways with me, but all things in time.) I have a couple of side-pieces who are down, so if I every elevate them to OLTR status I may cross-pollinate them with OLTR#2. We'll see.

Ultimately, bi-girls are about as stable as the stuff with high numbers on the Periodic Table, so you have to go into it looking at things as having a beginning, a middle and an end. That's why I keep OLTR#1 around; she's a good girl who doesn't go out clubbing or whore around.

I've had some girlfriends and top-shelf mistresses over the years that understood they were to remain faithful but I was free to do whatever. A few things helped. First, I was already married; it sort of sets the expectation out the door--I fuck around, I don't lie about it and people need to be cool with it or GTFO. Second, I only kept one as a "relationship" at a time; the rest were fuck or get buddies at most. Third, I would entertain their opinions about the others, though the choice was ultimately mine. One of them actually gave me a list of women from of both of our circle of friends that she was totally ok with me fucking--one ended up joining her and me in a triad, which was a... unique experience.

I violated these rules once, but I still kept it well structured. "Legal Cohabiting Female" > Girlfriend > Mistress > Fucktoy. It lasted for a bit.

yea find a woman who takes pleasure and happiness in making you happy. this means if you are the kind of man who wants to have the option available to having relationships with other women, while having her remain monogamous, she will accept and appreciate and share your sentiments in the matter. if we're talking a purely logistical perspective it's actually a very smart red pill move by a woman because most will let their ego and selfishness get in the way and want to completely consolidate their man. on the other hand a woman that makes her man's happiness and satisfaction a priority will always have a high premium value and most likely to be kept for the long term. usually a woman like that is the most sexually submissive so the more submissive she is ultimately the more you will love and care about her, which other women regardless of how hot or how fun they are, will not be able to compete, and the most they'll have with you is something short term and carnal.

No, it isn't. Redpill women are prepared to offer a great deal more than the average modern woman. If they have demands in return and are upfront about those demands, it's a fair call.

This could certainly be interesting, and I'm not necessarily opposed to the idea, but we cannot lose sight of the fact that women can never be truly red pilled on sex realism. I have yet to meet a woman, even reaching the depths of the AltRight, who is truly red pilled in this regard.

Yes, women can understand their role in a relationship and proper long-term relationship configuration; they can understand "female game" in regards to finding a suitable red pilled man to meet their needs and what to do to properly maintain the relationship, but as far as red pill theory and discussing the differences between men and women, I don't think it's possible and you guys should keep that in mind as you move forward.

This is me. I am in a one way open relationship of 9 years. Almost everything I do is out in the open. Its not easy to pull off - but it is great. Abundance mentality taken to the extreme.

It takes a special kind of woman, but more importantly a special kind of man to be able to manage this level of shit. It is worth it though.

I have the best LTR I can imagine having.

I mean sure she can tell you that you can fuck whom you want and she'll remain exclusive to you, but can you really believe that?

I would argue this agreement would increase her propensity to catch a stray cock more so than a monogamous one. Very few woman that I know are big fans of letting someone else have their cake and eat it too.

That is a very interesting point about status. Yes, it does make a lot of sense. I can totally see why someone wouldn't want to engage in any sort of open relationship, but I can definitely see why they would, on the other hand. It sounds to me like y'all broke up for reasons having nothing to do with the relationship being open, which means it can work if all parties agree to it and there is no lying and sneaking around. The current relationship is strange to me because the one girl is very jealous yet agrees to the openness.

I praise you for doing such a thing because it's fearless and honest. Most men try to make it work by lying and cheating (I put "open relationship" in a totally different category than cheating)
