Alphas, what does a typical week in your life look like?

The basic problem with your question is that 99% of men who claim to be "alpha" on the internet are full of shit. To get a better idea of what true alpha vs. fake alpha looks like, check out the "Sergeant H or Sergeant B?" post by /u/Anglophile321 several days ago.*

Anyone who beats their own chest about how "alpha" they are is going to be a Sergeant B, 99% guaranteed. There's a reason some of the most red-pilled men in history advocated living your life with a little bit of humility.

Now, having said that, a lot of us can at least say that we are closer to the alpha ideal than we used to be. I don't consider myself an "alpha male" (yet), but I've come a long way since I discovered TRP last spring.

Most men on this board will say something similar, if they're being honest.

Weeknights - work and self study.

Weekends - with my LTR girl doing cinema, meals out, zoo - whatever. Drinking beer being dumb with my mates otherwise and playing videogames.

I don't date since LTR.

Sex life is fine - LTR.

Rent an apartment i'm happy with. Suburbs, no roommates. My job is both interesting and normal. I looked up my wage it's on the 87th percentile for where I live (good).

I have a sports bike and a tidy but humble car. I buy decent clothes but you'll find me in budget slacks as often as not.

To fill between the lines of your question I will flirt outrageously with other women all the time for the fun of it with or without the LTR, I lift every 2 days and I suppose I have a reputation for largely saying what I think rather than what people might expect me to say.

Alpha does not equal successful in life. It has come to be seen as any successful dude is "alpha", but that isn't true.

Betas can plug away at a job, buy a great house in a great area, great car, live a good happy life. They may have the week life you may wish to emulate. They just don't have the SEXUAL STRATEGY you want to emulate.

Likewise alphas may be broke. They may be dysfunctional. They may be in jail, they may be on a path to die early because of how hard they work, they may be bums. Their general living situation and how they have structured their week may not be what you want to emulate. Most alphas aren't Arnold Schwarzenegger or George Clooney. What they do have that you may want to emulate is their ... sexual strategy.

My advice to you would be to find a different role model for each field of life. For example, I have no fucking clue if Eliot Hulse, Layne Norton, and Jim Wendler are true "alphas" in real life or simply creating an image on the internet, BUT I resonate with their fitness / lifting strategy. They are my role models for LIFTING, that's it.

I know some guys who are beta as fuck, but brilliant at money management / investing. I'm trying to learn to grow my portfolio / nest egg from them, because I recognize that despite their flaws, they are experts in this specific area.

For picking up girls back in the day, I learned from the guys who were the best. I didn't care if they were rich poor ugly happy miserable. I didn't care if they were pimply faced misogynists who play dnd - if I saw them PULL, I'd hang out with them. Tyler and Jeffy and Julien from RSD were some of my favorite gurus even though I think PUA is silly because those were the two PUAs who I saw in the club pulling ass. I used to live in LA and I'd see them out pimping at the same clubs, and actually getting girls.

To learn how to do well in relationships, I observed the guys I knew who had the hottest, youngest wives who still were masculine as they pushed the "soft middle aged" years.

TLDR: The point is, go find the people who are "about that life". Never take advice from a theory-monkey. Only take advice from someone who is able to say "hey, look at me, see this advice working".

I don't care if the person is beta or alpha. If they are skilled, they are skilled. And compartmentalize - use your fitness role model to learn about fitness, and you're business role model to learn about business. Don't get it confused to take life advice from a PUA guy and then take women advice from a successful businessman with a nagging wife at home.

I posted my issues with the phrasing of this question in a reply to the top comment.

But in order to add to the conversation, I'll answer your questions, too. However, see my other comment for context. I don't believe I'm an alpha male. I believe that I'm a work in progress who understands and applies RP truths. I certainly have my share of alpha male traits, but I also have my deficiencies, and my life is not where I want it to be yet.

Weeknights: I either lift with my gym partner or stay in and cook. If I stay in, I either go watch football with guy friends or watch movies with my LTR girl.

Weekend: If I go out, I head to an upscale bar with friends. Upscale as in quality, not pretentious facades. We drink good drinks, shoot the shit, and hit on girls if we want. If my LTR girl is with me, we'll enjoy ourselves just the same. However, I only go to a bar one night a week, if that. I live in a smaller college city, so options are limited. I refuse to go to the shitty college kid half-club/half-sports bars. Can't stand them.

Dates: I currently see one woman. LTR. Sex typically once per day. Prior to committing to her, I was seeing multiple women each week.

Living situation: I live in a smaller city (200,000) with a large university presence. I have a nice one-bedroom apartment and live alone. My job is fairly normal, but I make decent money and have a nice company car. Currently I am focusing on repaying student loans.

i need to improve my discipline in the weight room. I go when I feel like. I need to make it a part of my day no discussions.

I go out whenever i feel like. no set schedule.

I dont take women on dates unless we have already been naked with each other. I have one new plate i just got going, and looking for a second. I had 2 like 3-4 weeks ago but i grew tired of both, and cut contact. I am seeing new plate tonight.

I work a lot. I have a cool ass job that revolves around sports so my hours are all over the place but im truly happy.

I go out on the weekends with my friends, and if i meet girls, i meet em.

I need to improve my day game, i got shot the fuck down hard by three women yesterday at the movie theatre. I was there with my family, but while everyone was bullshitting and getting popcorn and tickets, i was talking to everyone in the theatre. Each girl i approached i just asked what movie they were seeing. two humored me for like 12 seconds and then said they had to go. The third was like, freaked out i even talked to her, she got all weird and nervous when i asked her what movie she was seeing, so i just walked away and pointed at her, and made fun of her with my mom and nephew. (ps go see american hustle, its pretty awesome)

after work, i usually eat something decent then meet up with a friend or group of friends and do something social.

I don't know if I could call myself "Alpha", that's too vague and really just used to reference certain behaviors. I'll list a slice of my own life though.

Weekday: Work at my job which I happen to really enjoy and provides me with a very comfortable lifestyle. I life three times a week prior to going to work, after work I'll either have a plate over or just chill by myself and watch a movie or if it was a particularly stressful day I'll play a video game. Most of my post-work time is taken up by studying or building / experimenting with some new technology so I don't count that as "free time".

Weekend: Newish LTR GF (open relationship on my end) will usually come over and stay a two days as she lives in another city and attending university. So it's usually going out to eat, seeing a movie if there is a decent one at the theater, or just going out drinking and the usual what not. If GF isn't there I may call up some old buddies and we'll hit the clubs and make a smash night of it. Since I live within 15m of the party district and have a rather large apartment we usually end up picking up some girls and heading over to my place for an after party. I keep my spare bedroom prepared for whomever is my wingman that night, complete with condoms in the nightstand. Always have plenty of alcohol available as I like to move from party -> after party without interruption.

For dates / plates / ect, it depends. I'm a serial monogamist but I don't give exclusive commitment until a girl proves herself worthy of it. All girls start as plates and depending how they act and how good the sex is they can move up, lots of dread game is maintained though. If one proves themselves gold material then they become "GF" (girls fucking love titles) and become the one I take to social occasions, especially the ones my work requires I attend. She acts up or does something stupid, she gets ejected and I'm still sexually satisfied. I don't like ONS because to be honest I don't have the time for it. I like sex, a lot, but I don't have the time to constantly be going out, partying and pulling ass. My career takes up far too much of my time so I prefer repeat business.

Living situation is kinda different. I live in South Korea in one of the larger cities with a population of a few million. I work in IT and get compensated very well for it which leads to me having a very comfortable life.

In my past, before I went MGTOW:

Weeknights: Lifting, dive bars with good specials, watching Hockey, going to a movie, hitting the range.

Weekends: Usually spending most of the day at one of my plate's places, movies were usually rented. If not there, then working on my place or helping a friend with something.

Dates: I don't date. I'd go do what I wanted to do and invite whichever plate seemed the mostly likely to want to go. Sometimes I'd backup with another plate if the first passed, sometimes I'd just go by myself.

Plates: 4.5 (4 girls and one of them was trying to seduce me with threesomes with her friend. Sometimes I'd have sex with just the friend, but that was rare). They knew about each other and didn't mind my rules: I could see others, but if they did I'd drop them.

Sex: Take a wild guess. I would usually see each girl at least once a week.

Living Situation: Had my own house. Suburbs. No roommates.

Job: Interesting, challenging, fun. Minimal travel. Made pretty damn good money.

Vehicle: Pickup. Usually beat to hell (my truck is a tool, not a showpiece).

Clothing: 75% rugged, 25% rakish. Friends took me to a club one time and I didn't have time to change so I showed up with dried cow shit on the bottom of my jeans. They were pissed as hell when I took a ONS home that night (didn't have time to invite a plate, it was very last minute).

First, I started learning game back in 2007. I was not very good with women before then. I'm 31 years old and I'll be 32 in March.

I live with girlfriend #1 in a medium sized city (150,000). #1 and I have been in an open relationship for the last 3.5 years. On weekdays I'll either stay in with #1 or go out with Girlfriend #2 or #3 (once a week for each, typically). Going out usually means dinner, then sex at one of our places. The girls know about each other. I probably have sex 4 times a week (which is a perfect amount for me).

My job is normal weekday office job (i.e. boring), but I make a decent amount of money (gross $50,000). My car is pretty average (2006 Toyota Camry). I wear very nice clothes (i.e. I always take women shopping with me when I buy clothes and I wear clothes that fit my body type).

On weekends, my girlfriend and I usually travel. We either travel to go dancing (blues or swing) in a larger city or we go and visit our girlfriend (#4), who we are basically long-distance dating as a couple.

I think ill bite the downvote bullet to repeat this mantra. true alphas don't care about TRP , they may be spreading TRP advice independently but trp is more of a strategy to beef up the rest of us.

kind of like how the biggest guy in the gym gives out vague advice he doesn't even seem to follow or his advice doesn't even work for anyone, vs average guy who can get a below average guy and economically put him in an above average sitation. and by doing this you might develop first rate traits but you won't exactly work the same way as the local gym king.
