Hi I recently spiraled into doom again "jerking 4-5 times a week". Junkfood in the system trying to grab external validation from social media by posting reels. How do I increase my smv to the absolute max ?. How do I use social media to my advantage (not business related just tryna get dates out of it) and not scroll all day on it?. How do I remain calm and maintain my frame when I'm confronted with disrespect by my family and peers?.

I feel I am almost nearing a breakup since my girlfriend said she was never really attracted to me.

I lost frame since last 6 months due to acting insecure about her talking on phone to a work friend who has feelings for her. A few days back I lashed out at her and body shamed her as well.

What should I do now? We have only texted back and forth for logistics last few days as we are going to a common friends’ wedding and plan on talking about our future.

I have been RP during the first 3.5 years and only recently started acting beta due to this work friend insecurity.

Hey I got exclusive with a girl (not dating just exclusive and ik it sounds dumb) about 4 months back and I wasnt full aware of trp apart from the basics and had not read the sidebar or rollos books. Realised I got oneitis and got exclusive with her for no reason at all even though I used to spin plates regularly but convinced myself she was different(she has a bodycount of 2 a bf and a hookup and I highly doubt shes lying but again who knows). Im in a weird cognitive dissonance about LTRs and body count. My standard for a potential LTR/gf is no hookups but I hookup myself and accept that double standard exists and is correct based on biology as well. Here are my specific questions (For context im from a country where hookup culture has just started 5-10yrs ago)

1) Is the hookup aversion a legitimate standard worth holding or just residual oneitis?
2) How do you make peace with a girls past when you know the double standard exists but you cant fully rationalize it emotionally? Knowing another guy got her faster (i honestly dont know but assume worst case) bothers me even though I hooked up with her multiple times before getting exclusive
3) On body count specifically her count is low and even my future gf/LTRs might be but if they have hookups does it genuinely affect pair bonding ability? and how do i stop the hookup and body count obsession from becoming its own form of oneitis?

Currently 24 yrs old with grad school starting soon and I will have a lot of options and have no problem pulling. Thinking if an LTR is even worth it or just go full on plate spinning? I have read tons of post on this subreddit and currently just holding on loosely with this one girl.

Been red pill for almost 10 years now, never achieved nothing really, was more focused when I started but kept the main ideas, tried to better myself and did some stoicism but still nothing, hit 29 yo recently and feel like I've lost a lot of time... I am 194 cm, about 90-95 kg, I get a lot of looks from pretty girls, but I lock up, the other day I was with my work mate and 2 girls passed by and even my mate said "bro wtf, she eye fucked you" but I was locked, just looked at her, said nothing... and this happens and has happened to me a lot, and I don't know how to fix it, I can go to any girl and ask for anything when not trying to flirt, not an introvert at all. Sometimes I think it is about self esteem, had a lot of self esteem issues when I was a teenager, a lot of problems at home made me feel less than everyone (even if I was rich, tall and good looking...) and now I maybe still have some of these scars? sometimes I also belive my problems in my life: I've been to prison recently, inestable emotional and financial status reflects this when trying to flirt, I feel like I am not enough because of all these things.
I think my nº 1 priority right now, is to fix my life, get a stable job, start doing exercise (even at home), paying debts and start saving, but this is the main thing I struggled with all my adult life, since I am about 19 that I went to live on my own.

Any recommedation on what to do next?

btw, I am an european living in Colombia, but back in the EU the same thing happened.
